1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BahamaBook ("the Platform") at bahamabook.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to both business owners who use BahamaBook to manage bookings and clients who schedule appointments through BahamaBook booking pages.
2. Description of the Service
BahamaBook provides an online scheduling platform that allows service businesses to create booking pages and manage appointments with their clients.
The Platform may include features such as:
- Public booking pages with a unique link
- Service and schedule management tools
- Automated booking confirmations and reminders
- Client booking records and appointment history
- Basic analytics or usage insights
BahamaBook functions as a technology platform for scheduling appointments and does not provide or guarantee the services offered by businesses using the platform. The Platform does not process payments, handle financial transactions, or collect payment information.
3. Account Registration
To create a BahamaBook account as a business owner, you must:
- Register with a valid email address
- Provide accurate and up-to-date business information
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Create fraudulent or misleading business listings
- Collect or harvest personal information from other users without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to BahamaBook systems
- Upload malicious software, spam, or harmful content
- Impersonate another individual or business
- Send unsolicited marketing or abusive communications
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or threaten the safety or integrity of the platform.
5. Business Owner Responsibilities
Businesses using BahamaBook remain fully responsible for the services they offer and for their interactions with clients.
Business owners are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate service descriptions and pricing
- Managing availability, business hours, and scheduling preferences
- Honoring confirmed bookings made through their booking page
- Communicating with clients regarding cancellations or schedule changes
- Complying with all applicable business, consumer protection, and licensing laws
- Managing payments, refunds, deposits, or cancellation policies
BahamaBook does not process, collect, or handle payments of any kind. All financial transactions, including deposits, service fees, refunds, and cancellation charges, are managed entirely between the business and its clients outside of the Platform. BahamaBook does not guarantee service quality and does not act as a mediator in disputes between businesses and clients.
6. Client Bookings
When a client books an appointment through a BahamaBook booking page, the booking creates a direct arrangement between the client and the business providing the service.
BahamaBook facilitates the scheduling process but is not a party to the transaction or service agreement between the business and the client.
Clients acknowledge that:
- The business is solely responsible for the services provided
- Any disputes regarding services must be resolved directly with the business
- Booking information will be shared with the business as described in our Privacy Policy
Clients are not required to create an account in order to make a booking.
7. Pricing and Subscriptions
BahamaBook offers a 7-day free trial with all features unlocked, followed by a paid subscription at $9.99/month for continued access.
New accounts include a 7-day free trial of all features. After the trial:
- All features are locked until you subscribe to BahamaBook Pro
- Subscribing unlocks unlimited access to all features
- Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time
- If pricing changes occur, users will receive at least 30 days' advance notice
8. Intellectual Property
The BahamaBook platform, name, design, and software are the intellectual property of BahamaBook and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Business owners retain ownership of the content they upload, including:
- Business names
- Logos
- Images
- Service descriptions
- Business information
By uploading content to BahamaBook, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform and on your public booking page for the purpose of operating the service.
9. Platform Availability
We strive to keep BahamaBook available and functioning reliably. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance or software updates
- Technical issues
- Internet outages
- Events beyond our control
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and provide notice of planned maintenance when possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BahamaBook and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue or business opportunities
- Missed bookings or scheduling errors
- Service interruptions or platform downtime
- Data loss or technical issues
- Disputes between businesses and their clients
- Actions or conduct of users of the Platform
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BahamaBook and its operators from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:
- Use of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Services offered by a business using the Platform
- Disputes between businesses and clients
12. Account Suspension or Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
- Pose a security risk to the Platform
Upon termination, your public booking page will be disabled and your data handled according to our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to the Platform or Terms
BahamaBook may update these Terms of Service periodically.
Users will be notified of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of The Bahamas.
