- Gender

This information is shared only with the business receiving the booking so that the appointment can be managed effectively.

- Booking records: Retained while the business account is active. Business owners may delete individual bookings at any time.
- Verification codes: Automatically deleted within 1 hour of expiration.
- Rate limit records: Automatically purged after 24 hours.
- Account deletion: When an account is deleted, all associated data (bookings, client records, media files, integrations) is permanently removed immediately via cascade deletion.
Business owners may delete bookings and client records through their dashboard at any time.
12. Children's Privacy
BahamaBook is intended for use by individuals 16 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If such information is discovered, steps will be taken to remove it promptly.
13. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the platform, technology, or applicable laws.
If significant updates are made, registered users may be notified by email. The "Last updated" date indicates the most recent revision.
